Cath Derksema from The Happenstore - Indigo Painting & Creative Stitching Workshop

Cath Derksema of The Happenstore fame, is offering two workshops in one.
In the morning you will be hand painting with indigo. You will be supplied with two tea towels to create your own designs inspired by Cath with ideas and samples.
After lunch you will receive a draw string tote bag that Cath has painted & sewn ready for you to play with creative stitching.
Cath will guide you through a variety of stitches to create a unique piece of work.
By days end, your tea towels will be dry & ready for you to apply the creative stitching you have played with on your tote bag.
There is nothing for you to bring other than an apron to wear and a pair of sharp scissors.
This is two workshops on one day.

WORKSHOP COST
The cost of the 1 day workshop is $250 and includes Lunch, Morning and Afternoon Teas.
An invoice with payment details will be sent by email.
$100 non refundable deposit to hold and secure your place in class.
The balance of $150 to be paid by 12 October.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- $100 is non refundable in the event of your cancellation.
- Full workshop fee is non refundable in the event of your cancellation after 21 October 2022.
- Textile Fest reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to lack of numbers or unforeseen circumstances. In this situation you will be given a full refund for the workshop.
- Under no circumstances is Textile Fest responsible for any additional expenses incurred to attend the workshop, such as accommodation and/or travel expenses.
